Senior Administrator / Administrator
We are seeking a seasoned Administrator to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing internal parent-school communications, organising and coordinating school events and activities, and planning the yearly school calendar across all faculties. Additionally, you will project manage a variety of annual school events and activities. The candidate must also pay close attention to detail.
You must have:
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in operations or a liaison and administrative role
A fluent knowledge of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese required, Putonghua is a definite advantage)
Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Apps (Document, Sheets, Slides, Analytics, Gmail, Forms), Jotform, Canva and Email editing tools
Strong organisational skills, being able to work effectively and diligently with internal and external parties
Cross-team collaboration and networking initiatives
Ability to learn new software and programmes
Experience of working in an administrative role within the education sector is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills, providing effective communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented with a positive attitude, quick thinker, strong sense of responsibility, ethics, integrity and ownership
Able to work independently and as a good team player
Improve and streamline systematic routines
Willingness to show flexibility in roles and expectations in line with a dynamic and vibrant school environment
Able to multitask and work on several projects at the same time
Willing to work out of hours and beyond schedule when necessary
You will:
Prepare and record all internal communications related to school-wide events following the brand guidelines
Liaise with media partners and monitor marketing activities
Lead and manage the logistics of school events
Assist the Communications and Events Manager in planning the annual school calendar, as well as the scheduling and logistics of school events
Support in the organization of several internal school events and Fundraising Gala throughout the year
Coordinate the internal school communications and liaise with different campus and event champions to ensure school notice emails are prepared in advance and ready to go out in a timely manner according to the school communications schedule
Perform other duties as assigned
