We are excited that after a hiatus of 3 years, our annual Parent Gala is back, with a fabulous 1920’s theme and a blockbuster name – THE IMS SPEAKEASY! In addition to a glamorous dinner, music and dancing, there will also be many opportunities to support our Annual Fund, including a Silent Auction of exciting prizes and school experiences that will delight both adult and child, a Wishing Well that will grant your teacher’s wish and help them beautify their class, and the chance to bid on your child’s unique Class Memento, to adorn your home and bring joy the whole family!

WISHING WELL

Tuition covers most of the basic needs of any school, but there are always many “nice-to-have” items that teachers and campuses request, to extend the children’s experience or enhance their surroundings. Examples of these “wishes” have included sewing machines, specialty sports equipment, encyclopedia, and many other engaging resources for our children. Please check out this year’s Wishing Well, which is expanding by the day, and buy something to benefit your class or campus community!

CLASS MEMENTO

This year, every class is going to create their own Class Memento that embodies the characteristics of the class or its members. There will only be one unique piece for each class, so please stay tuned to this space for updated photos of this year’s behind the scenes from classes!

Sad you can’t join us?

Worry not! You can bid for your children’s Class Memento with your mobile phone, even if you won’t be there in person!

SILENT AUCTION

The Silent Auction includes both an array of exciting prizes generously donated by the IMS community, as well as a series of School-related Experiences that children can enjoy together with IMS teachers or by using IMS facilities. For a great holiday, choose from a series of local staycations, to arom summer stay in beautiful Niseko, a cozy villa in Bali or a glamorous beach village stay in Palm Cove, Cairns! The children will be excited at the chance to be Principal for a Day, have their birthday party at school, or try out cooking with a leading local bakery! – There is something for everyone! Thanks to the generosity of our community, this year’s Silent Auction will be bigger than ever!
