IMS invites you to our South Horizons Open Day

Join us on Saturday 21 May 2022 to explore how IMS can make a difference to your child’s development and learning. Our Open Day will provide you with many options to experience how our Dual-Language programme, combining an authentic Montessori environment with a strong Chinese curriculum can make all the difference. Our Open Day welcomes all parents interested in our Foundation Groups and Casa dei Bambini programmes designed for 2−6 years old.

What to Expect:

Expect a morning of opportunities to explore the wonders of natural learning in our Dual-Language Montessori environments. Highlights of the day:
  • Tour the scientifically designed Montessori learning environments and chat with expert teachers of different levels.
  • Introduction to Foundation Groups and Casa dei Bambini: Explore the integrated learning and broad curriculum of IMS Foundation Group and Casa dei Bambini programme, which fosters social and emotional development; builds independence, self-discipline, and self-confidence; and uses hands-on learning materials to extend literacy in both English and Chinese, explores concepts and skills in math, geometry, geography, biology, music, art, and develops and refines physical and sensorial abilities.
  • Chinese @IMS – Parent’s Perspective: Join an engaging discussion between one of our Founders, Ms Karin Ann, and an IMS parent about our immersive Dual-Language programme and how children learn Chinese at IMS. You will have time to ask questions and learn how children, with or without exposure to Chinese at home, can excel and build oral and literary fluency at IMS.
  • Don’t miss the opportunities to meet our Community! Our Parents, PTA and our Admissions team are available to answer all your questions.
With so many choices, you will want to plan ahead!
